We Deserve Answers and Better

It's you vs the worth out here. Being young is cruel. Terrible if the systems around you are driven by the old 'gold minds'.

Get me right. The old have seen much, learned much, and know much. But they are drained out of their cares and self-interests to the point that they don't have time for the legacy which they think they are building. They should mentor. They should hold hands. Instead, they still hold these positions. Unemployment will live on until they leave their positions.

Big offices bearer, the old. Campaign promoters, the old. Funding beneficiaries, the old. They call us naive, okay we are naive. Will we stop being so at 35 years? My colleagues, as youths it's not going to be easy. You need to find your worth. Attend these free webinars, dig deep into the untapped reading culture, network with the old, volunteer to work within the system, and start something, and with time, they will serve it before you.

Your worth will let them call you. In our quest, we put two tools beside me. Youth and technology. I am born in a local village where there is no youth center. A local village, home to the renowned Egerton University, Kenya Orchard Limited, and Biashara Masters Limited among many others. No incubation hub. No youth training facilities
Just youths trying to find something else to do. Their papers won't earn them a job. They have applied countlessly for this white-collar job. It's sad that we are the majority yet I feel like a minority. No voice. Every time arrested due to crime and drug trafficking. I look at how analog we are growing in a digital era. I ask myself, who is to blame? Is it me or you? We live on. We leave on. That is the trend in 254. We have been capped by narratives from our leaders. Let's seek our worth. Personally am choked by the system. Something got to change. Their interests. We are youths in Kenya and we deserve better answers.
